กฎหมายอินเตอร์เน็ตคาเฟ่ในไทย -Law Internet cafe in Thailand.

หลังจากที่มีข่าวในด้านไม่ดีเกี่ยวกับร้านอินเตอร์เน็ตในไทยชึ้นหลายครั้ง จึงทำให้ต้องมีข้อบังคับและกฎหมายต่างๆออกมา ซึ่งมี 2 หลักใหญ่ๆ ดังนี้
1.พ.ร.บ. เด็กและเยาวชน
2.พ.ร.บ.วีดีทัศน์

ซึ่งสามารถแยกออกเป็นหัวข้อย่อยดังนี้

1.ชุดนักเรียนเข้าได้หลังเวลา 14.00 น. และอยู่ได้ไม่เกิน 19.00 น.
2.เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ในวันหยุดราชการ วันปิดภาคเรียน และวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ เข้าใช้บริการได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00 น. ถึง 20.00 น.
3.เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ในวันเปิดภาคเรียน เข้าใช้บริการได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 14.00 น. ถึง 20.00 น.
4.เด็กอายุ 15-17 ปีบริบูรณ์ ในวันหยุดราชการ วันปิดภาคเรียน และวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ เข้าใช้บริการได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00 น. ถึง 22.00น.
5.เด็กอายุ 15-17 ปีบริบูรณ์ ในวันเปิดภาคเรียน เข้าใช้บริการได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 14.00 น. ถึง 22.00 น.
6.เด็กอายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป สามารถเข้าใช้บริการได้ตามอิสระ แต่ต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนทุกครั้ง
7.หลังเวลา 22.00 น. ต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนก่อนเข้าใช้บริการทุกครั้ง
